2️⃣ I’ve taught English Language Arts, U.S. History, Journalism, Academic Seminar and the AVID Elective throughout my years in the classroom!
3️⃣ I am currently an Educational Consultant for a tech company and get to help teachers in their actual classrooms everyday with the blending of technology and instructional strategies!
4️⃣ I have a 5 1/2 year old son that is my partner-in-fun ❤️
5️⃣ My most cherished memories of being in the classroom are greeting my students everyday! I made sure to be that teacher that greeted each of them with one-of-a-kind handshakes, songs and nicknames 😂
6️⃣ The pursuit of designing engaging lessons that get even the most reluctant learners to participate never gets old to me 🫶🏻
7️⃣ My “first born” is now a 9 year old miniature schnauzer that I love harder than I should (according to my husband and son) 🤷♀️
